Though the events that transpired in Kolkata on Sunday evening seem strange, such episodes are unprecedented. An all-out conflict has now broken out between CBI and state administration, with state chief minister Mamata Banerjee slamming Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the central government for denting the federal structure of the country.
