In the 2019 elections, BJP may not give tickets to veteran leaders. Although this has not been finalized, but there are indications that many leaders, including LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri can be denied tickets. As far as UP is concerned, at least two dozen MPs, including Sakshi Maharaj, are not being considered favorably for the ticket.
